A senior lead planner manages the entire weekend with unlimited consultations from the day you book through the day you leave the island. That includes guest travel and accommodation coordination, wedding website and RSVP management, custom stationery from save-the-dates through thank-you cards, and welcome bags for every room. We also handle craft cocktail bar design with signature drinks, tasting sessions with your caterer, and live entertainment across multiple events.

Venue selection at this level is a different conversation. We are not picking one location — we are mapping a weekend across Maui wedding venues that flow together geographically and aesthetically. Luxury floral design carries through every event. Premium photography and cinematic videography capture the entire arc, not just the ceremony.
