The Deluxe Package is our most requested tier, and it is easy to see why. It covers both your ceremony and reception with a senior planner running the show from your first call through your last dance. At 17.5% of your total budget with a $15,000 minimum, it is built for couples who want a complete Maui wedding without the overhead of a multi-day production.

This package goes deeper than coordination. Your planner handles custom floral design, entertainment booking, attire coordination, and venue contract negotiation. If you have a vision for your day, we build it. If you are still figuring out what that vision looks like, we bring ideas based on the dozens of weddings we have planned at stunning venues across Maui. Photography, videography, catering, bar, cake, music, hair and makeup — every category gets hands-on creative direction and vendor management.

One detail that sets the Deluxe apart: the trial run. Hair and makeup scheduling includes a trial session before your wedding day, so there are no surprises. Vendor walk-throughs at your venue happen in advance. Your day-of timeline is detailed down to fifteen-minute blocks. The goal is a wedding that feels effortless to you, even though a tremendous amount of planning went into it behind the scenes.
