  • Chat interactions — questions and information you share with our AI wedding concierge.
  • Quiz responses — answers you provide to our wedding planning quiz.

  • Usage data — pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and general browsing patterns.
  • Device information — browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device type.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — session identifiers and preference settings (see Section 4 for details).

  • Service providers — We use trusted third-party services to operate our business (hosting, email delivery, customer management). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services we engage them to perform.
  • Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to provide a better experience:

7. Third-Party Services

  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — Powers our AI wedding concierge chat. Conversations are processed by Anthropic’s API to generate helpful responses. Anthropic’s privacy policy governs how they handle data processed through their services.
  • Google Analytics 4 — Collects anonymized website usage data. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Stripe — Processes payments securely. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant and handles all payment data according to their privacy policy.
  • HubSpot — Manages our customer relationships and communications. Contact information you provide may be stored in our HubSpot CRM.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
